WebAlso, Tridot users come off a bit cultish. They hype it like a MLM scheme. Don’t buy into the marketing. I canceled the Tridot plan after the race and next year I’m following an 80/20 plan on TP. I don’t see myself going back to Tridot. Trainerroad also has adaptive training now if you like that platform. Good luck and have fun!
