These either didn't work or only partially worked. I ended up making the script below. It prevents the Bots from moving and it removes their weapons so they can't attack. It just seems like a hacky way of doing it.

WebYea with the recent "fix" valve servers have been cleaned from bots for sometime so im making the most out of it but you can already see 1-2 bots joining, its not going to take long before its unplayable again.
