Within this body of literature, there were a total of 74 leadership theories identified (some repeating), among those there were a total of 20 unique leadership theories. In conclusion, my question stated at the beginning of the critical literature riview seems to be worth asking, considering the evidence given of so little research done on authentic leaders' followers.
