They are offering, what sounds ... WebMarch 2, 2024. During the two year period of COVID 19 I have canceled travel plans with Delta, Celebrity Cruises, Holland America Cruises and Trafalgar Tours. Each company has given me a 100% refund or future credit with no restrictions on itinerary. Great Value Vacations is at best unethical or far worse.
