WebApr 10, 2024 · I do see some Harley's the don't make a sound when they go in 1st. The early EVO,s go into 1,st a lot easier without the clunk. The clutch, clutch adjustment and idle speed has a lot to do with it. Energy One clutches seem to work the best as far as taken the clunk out of must bikes. WebNov 3, 2024 · It seems like the touring models should have come from the factory with the 32 tooth instead of the 34. The 32 tooth sprocket hasn't affected my gas mileage too much either. 40 - 44mpg depending how often I'm on the throttle, headwinds, etc. How does it effect rpms in various gears and top end high speed? Anything from letting the clutch out a little to quick to slow putt putt-ing around the back roads.
