WebNov 24, 2024 · Computed tomography (CT-scan) led us to suspect the diagnosis of concha bullosa. The patient was treated by endoscopic reduction and marsupialization of the CBM. Histological analysis of the resected mass confirmed the diagnosis. No recurrence has been noted until the date of the manuscript writing. It detected 70 conchae bullosa in 48 patients with sinonasal symptoms, who underwent paranasal computed tomography (CT) that showed pneumatization of the middle concha.
