I know there is a site called CAD Mapper that maps the city's streets, but I was curious if there was one that mapped the topography, I am currently working on Tempe Butte (A Mountain) and trying to create the form in SketchUp as the imported Google terrain is terrible and not that accurate. WebAutoCAD Civil 3D is suitable for detailed 3D drawings, but creating surface from contour lines is not straightforward in AutoCAD Civil 3D. It works better if the available data is a set of points with elevation information. ArcScene provides a quick way to generate terrain surface and extrude buildings based on their elevation attributes.
